Daria Kasatkina reached the San Jose final

The 12th racket of the world, Russian tennis player Daria Kasatkina commented on reaching the final of the WTA-500 category tournament in San Jose (USA). In the semi-finals, Daria defeated the fourth ranked Spaniard Paula Badosa with a score of 6:2, 6:4.

“The second consecutive reaching the final here in San Jose means that this is a special place for me,” the WTA press service quoted Kasatkina as saying.

For the fifth title in his career at the WTA level, Kasatkina will fight with American Shelby Rogers.

“I love her, she is a wonderful person. I am happy to share this day and a special moment on the court with her. I'm sure we'll have good memories. Of course, on the court we will fight each other, but in the end it will be something special, ”said Kasatkina.
