 Will Sun Country provide me a refund when it cancels a flight?

 Flight cancellations can occur due to controllable or uncontrollable situations. Sun Country may provide an alternate flight when the flight got cancelled due to an uncontrollable reason. But Sun Country cancellation policy entitles you to a full refund when the reasons are within the control of Sun Country.
