Liquid eyeliner tips!

Liquid liner pen is a used to draw eyeliner. Compared with ordinary eyeliner, liquid liner features a smoother application, more precision and a softer nib, which make the look lasts longer without smudging.

Common shades are black, gray and brown. There is also white eyeliner, which has a brightening effect and is generally used on the lower lid.
