On a deep level, though not the deepest level, what "Woke" represents is a broken relationship to the two fundamental pillars of civilization, these being truth and justice. Woke always relativizes and localizes both truth and justice within their own twisted worldviews. 🧵

What is truth? Truth is a description of how much fidelity to reality a belief has.
What is justice? Justice is when people get what they deserve and do not get what they do not deserve, both good and bad in both cases.

Civilization depends completely on truth and justice.

Without truth, a society will fall out of step with reality itself, and the price of this error will be presented without any concern for anyone through the basic fact that reality is never wrong and is always undefeated. Civilization cannot be maintained outside of truth.

As the wages of error come in and problems amass, people will want answers. The only answers that can satisfy in the long term are true answers, though lies and errors can suffice in the short term. Without a strong and accurate truth-seeking mechanism, civilization will fall.

Without justice, people will not accept the terms of society and will assert their own terms. Our sense of fairness in all four respects is so deeply ingrained that the human being himself will not accept an unjust society and will revolt. It will not be civilized.

The four respects of justice are:

1) People get approximately the rewards they deserve
2) People do not get rewards they don't deserve
3) People get approximately the punishments they deserve
4) People do not get punishments they don't deserve.

Civilization depends on these.

Woke has a broken relationship with both of these pillars of civilization. Woke, in all its forms, always locates truth in agreement with its views. Woke, in all forms, always locates justice in whatever advances its objectives. Both are therefore localized and subjective.

When you have localized and subjective "truths" and "justice," the only adjudication between them is might, or force. Your group asserts these truths and these ethics of justice, their group asserts others, and the bigger, stronger, badder group asserts them over everyone later.

This introduces a third "leg of the stool" of civilization: power. Power is not a pillar of civilization; it is a prop for civilization, which is balanced upon two pillars: truth and justice. Power fills the gap between the ideal and the real where truth and justice are concerned

The bigger the gap between truth and reality, the bigger the gap between society and justice, the more power is needed, and the more power will be applied to keep the dysfunctional society above the waters of chaos. A semblance of civilization resides above that waterline.

Woke does not have a healthy relationship with truth or justice, and it covets power. It also benefits from degrading the existing society's relationships to truth and justice through means like critical theory (critique) and postmodern deconstruction. Power is its domain.

The Woke relationship to truth is that truth is constructed by the powerful and the powerful should be them because they're Woke. This is a critical postmodern perspective known as "critical constructivism." Adopting this epistemology is having a "critical consciousness," or Woke

The Woke relationship to justice is that justice is asserted by and serves the powerful, and the powerful should be them because they're Woke. This is a self-serving definition of justice sometimes called "social justice," though "liberating/repressive tolerance" also works.

The Woke relationship to truth and justice is therefore a self-dealing, corrupt system that installs a tyranny under their own control, which will eventually be led by a malignant narcissist and/or paranoiac who can manipulate that para-logical, para-moral system for himself.

As truth and justice fall increasingly by the wayside, power necessarily props up society more and more, as civilization tries to hold on and not collapse. This benefits the Woke whose domain is power and its corruptions, and their system becomes totalitarian.

The corrective to Woke is therefore truth and justice. Truth has to be sought, loved, asserted, and defended through rigorous methodologies connected to tangible incentives. Justice has to be applied blindly and fairly with no "social" corruptions.

The corrective to Woke also therefore cannot be an alternative Woke. A corruption of truth cannot be corrected by a different corruption of truth, and a corruption of justice cannot be remedied by a different corruption of justice. These are simple facts, and they are Biblical.
