英國政府宣布中共制定港區國安法已違反聯合聲明

UK Govt : The new national security law lies in direct conflict with China’s international obligations under the Joint Declaration which guaranteed Hong Kong with a high degree of autonomy with executive, legislative and independent judicial powers until 2047.

國安法與《中英聯合聲明》規定中，中國所需履行的國際義務有著直接衝突。

該聲明保證香港在2047年之前具有行政，立法和獨立司法權的高度自治。
