1982年泡沫紅茶在台中發明誕生，1983年5月第一家專賣店正式開業——「陽羨茶行」，後來陸陸續續有了茗人、翁記、鐵羅漢、民族路茶攤，再來就是隔年1984年4月誕生的——「雙江茶行」。

雙江茶行三十九年來始終如一，保留當時泡沫紅茶店樣貌。沒有花俏的裝潢，沒有跟風的茶點，維持樸實與溫暖的店面，提供從泡沫紅茶開店那刻起的模樣，只做好一件事情，泡出好喝的茶：「心繫泡沫紅茶的本份 手搖本份的泡沫紅茶。」

Who would have thought that the bubble tea craze would sweep across the world, becoming today's popular handcrafted drink and a representation of Taiwanese culture.

In 1982, bubble tea was invented in Taichung, and in May of 1983, the first bubble tea shop officially opened, "Yang Xian Tea House". Afterwards, there were many other bubble tea shops that opened, such as "Ming Ren", "Weng Ji", "Tie Luo Han", and "Min Zu Lu Tea Stall". The following year in April 1984, "Shuāng Jiāng Tea House" was born.

For thirty-nine years, "Shuāng Jiāng" has remained the same, preserving the appearance of the original bubble tea shops. Without any fancy decoration or trendy menu items, they maintain a simple and warm atmosphere, providing the same taste of bubble tea from the moment they first opened: "With a heart for the original bubble tea, and the skill to make handcrafted bubble tea."
