To do list to organize work and life
Are you worried about too much things and few resource and time?
We always feel stressful when the clock ticking…
I’m working as a sales assistant, and there are a lot of routine works to do, such like order entry, shipment arrangement, payment tracking, let along daily, weekly, monthly report.
I also a mother and there are many household chores in the family.
I have to face very limited memory and increasing work loading.
How can I do?
I have tried many ways to improve efficiency, turns out the easiest way is make the to do list.
To do list can help you to overcome these problems.
The actual implementation method is also very simple.
You can buy a notebook or use cellphone app, just list what you need to do and what you want to do.
I bought a notebook with one week per page format, and I usually list my daily work on the specific date, after performing a period of time, I would like to share the benefits with you.

Write down all things you need to do and you can easily to check what's important, what's urgent and what you have done. When I finish a work item, I will tick it the above item.

If you record all your tasks in a to do list whatever on the cellphone or notebook, you can focus your attention on the most important task at the moment and avoid to waste time to check what next key item is.
What is write down will make people have to actively complete, even though there are sometimes when I don’t want to do anything.
But the to do list will remind you to finish it.
Actually, to do list is not only a tool telling us how many things we need to do, it's also can help us to clarify priority, improved memory and increase productivity.
When we are fulfilling our purpose, when we are living out of true meaning, we are living in happiness meaning, not all of the useless little jobs we make for ourself.
