An additional fee for reverse/refund card transactions will be launched!

Reversal Fee Launching

Dear FotonCard VCC users, please notice that an additional fee for reverse/refund card transactions will be launched in a few days,  this kind of fee is set up for the furthest decreasing ubnormal reverse/refund card transactions and may not affect normal reverse/refund. Please check the rule details below:

Condition: After 5 authorizations for a single card, if the reverse rate is greater than 20%, every new reversal or refund transaction will be counted for the fee. (Each card is calculated independently, Reverse Rate = (Reversal + Refund) / (Number of Successful Authorizations) )

Fee: Minimum fee of $0.5 or 2% * transaction amount in USD will be deducted FROM YOUR CARD BALANCE.

Users will find it easy to check the reverse rate for each card by clicking the 'statistic' icon on the right side of the 'Virtual Card' page, please make steps to decrease ubnormal reverse/refund transactions to avoid unnecessary costs.
