1. First, you can select the file/folder that you want to change to Public, and tap the three-dot button
2. Second, you select manage access
3. Third, select change
4. And tap the button as below
5. After that select “anyone who has the link”
6. Now you can share the link to your Google Drive file and the file on your Google Drive can be accessed publicly, you can also set it to: viewer, commenter, editor
