Balanced diet

Anna does not follow any diets, does not limit herself in food and does not count calories, but she tries to stick to a balanced diet. Her diet is dominated by fruits and vegetables.

The usual diet of a tennis player looks like this:

before breakfast, Anna drinks a glass of water or eats a green apple;

for breakfast - oatmeal or yogurt with berries and soy milk;

snack - fruit or avocado;

lunch and dinner - salad and protein foods (fish, shrimp or chicken).


There are also cheat meals in Kournikova's life, but as an exception, not the rule.
