[dinning] PALAIS de CHINE

那天一群人去吃了君品的頤宮中餐廳,一整個金碧輝煌,食物的部分還好,可能是才剛開的關係(?),個人比較不喜歡的是瘦肉的部分煮得有點乾。

酒的部分都不錯,但是跟餐搭得不好,不過是大家自己帶的酒,也沒先看過菜單,就當作喝開心的好了。 😛

魚翅南瓜濃湯


很奇妙的組合,也不是不好吃,反正奇妙就是。南瓜濃湯的部分做得不錯。

廣式燒鴨




師傅現場片給大家吃,跟北京烤鴨有點不太一樣,一是餅皮比較薄,二是鴨子種類不同(不過我也沒概念),還不錯吃。

午魚


清蒸的作法,熟度剛好。底下的 sauce 微甜,我還蠻喜歡的。 (台南人口味? XD)

蝦仁萱花


沒記錯的話旁邊綠色的是未成熟的金針(萱草)。這盤口感其實還不錯,不過擺盤跟蝦子的大小看起來就會覺得弱到爆炸… stO

東坡肉


好吃,但瘦肉太乾。旁邊是偽裝成麵包的饅頭。 XD

滷牛肉

用的是牛腿或牛尾的部位,吃起來很像吃滷豬腳,一樣瘦肉太乾。

芒果


非常小的芒果,但來頭不小,名字叫做「福爾摩沙總統一號」,剛好我前幾天有看過相關的文章才認得出來。只比雞蛋大不了多少,果肉顏色近似愛文,但是香氣是土芒果的香氣。這個品種是張銘顯先生所培育出來,為愛文跟懷特的交配種,大顆的叫做「農民黨一號」,小顆的叫做「福爾摩沙總統一號」。「農民黨一號」好像在市面上被俗稱為「紅龍」。另外,張銘顯先生還是台灣農民黨的黨主席,還當過任務型國大代表喔。

Antinori Cervaro della Sala 2007

Chardonnay 85%, Grechetto 15%
Oak. citrus and light peach. vanilla hint. Butter and cream nose become more dense as the temperture goes higher.

Domaine Claude Dugat Bourgogne 2004

Domaine Claude Dugat is located in Gevrey Chambertin.
Strawberry. Chocolate. Fresh, it’s a good guide sign of tonight’s red wines.

Antinori Pian Delle Vigne 2004

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Black berries and chocolate. Spices and chocolate. Very intense aroma and palate. Full body.
It’s a pity that this wine is not paired with beef.

Prunotto Barolo 2004

DOCG. Nebbiolo 100%. Light sweetness. light ruby. cherries, black dry mushroom and flower. medium body.

Antinori Guado Al Tasso 2006

Bolgheri DOC Superiore. This is my first time to taste this wine region.
65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Syrah
Very typical noses and flavors as a C.S. and Merlot blending. With some fresh vegitable and grass flavors.

Antinori Tignanello 2006

80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc
Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Green pepper and leather. Black berry and black pepper. Spices, chocolate, and vanilla hint.
Not well match with dishes. Too early to drink, and drink it too quickly (I think this one should breath for 30+ mins).

Prunotto Moscato d’asti 2009

Well chilled before serve. Fresh peach and longan.
Good match with the dessert and the fruit — President No.1 mango!! (I think I should write an article about this mango variety).
