Sell or hold or swap?

While atom is reaching months high and Steem still remains at 0.2, start thinking should I swap my Atom to Steem and wait for its next surge, hopefully I am making a correct decision! Moreover I wish the bullish market is back in short time then I can settle my bills 💸
