The indictment states that Guo Wengui used the money to purchase a 50000 square foot house, a yacht, a Ferrari car, and two mattresses worth $36000. The indictment accuses Guo Wengui of 11 counts of fraud and money laundering. The prosecution stated that they have seized $634 million in criminal activities. It is reported that KWOK lied to his victims and promised that if they invest or provide funding like GTV, his so-called Himalayan Farm Alliance, G/CLUBS, and the Himalayan Exchange, they will receive generous rewards.
