My former supervisor was a spy?

After leaving the society, you will always meet various supervisors. What kind of supervisor is a good supervisor? What is a bad supervisor like?

A good supervisor may be difficult to define, but in fact, as long as you encounter it, you don't want to run away and you are considered a good supervisor! After all, the supervisor is about our career development and survival in the company~

Here, let’s talk about the bad supervisors I met (although it’s just that one person, but it’s really a good example XD, so everyone can use it as a negative teaching material to check if their supervisors have the same situation!)

This bad supervisor is also my former supervisor. Fortunately, I have changed supervisors, otherwise I would not be able to live on. Of course, the former supervisor still likes all kinds of flower arrangements and has a sense of presence, but at least it has less impact on my future.

1. Scolding yourself in front of customers:

According to the PM, the first time she participated in a meeting with a client, the former supervisor scolded me in front of the client. She was very surprised. Generally speaking, she should educate her privately behind closed doors, and scold her family in front of the client. It seems that my team is very unprofessional 😅 I couldn't bear it before I lost XD

2. Will not speak for subordinates:

In fact, the first situation is not pitiful enough. The worst is when the accident happens, even if the responsibility is not on us, the former supervisor will not speak for us in front of customers or supervisors. She will only blame the subordinates, and even the system was recently transferred to outsourcing Business, ask the outsourcer to adjust the bug, the former supervisor will go to the PM to argue that it is unfair to the outsourcer... 🙄I wonder if she is a spy sent by the customer or is actually an undercover agent sent by the outsourcer? Of course, even if we perform well, she won't fight for it, because the former supervisor is really not good at helping his subordinates. As long as we don't push back, everyone will be thankful

3. Verbal threats, loud scolding:

One of the most common sayings from the former supervisor is "Are you responsible if something goes wrong?" As long as everyone has other ways of doing things and doesn't do what she wants, she will use this sentence to refute, or raise her voice to question everyone's actions The rationality of it makes people roll their eyes to the back of their head! Why do they all come to get a salary? Can't you be more polite? And I'm not the supervisor, how can I be responsible, should I resign and apologize? 😂
