Read ★QBQ, the question behind the question
Been thinking about logic training for a while, or how to ask good questions? This book was borrowed from the hospital library. Speaking of the library, I started to use it after graduation, and I learned how valuable it is when the benefits for students are not there (laughs)
This is an old classic book. I remember that it seems to have been re-installed a while ago. Its concepts are not old, and even the concepts cited in many reference books are summarized in this book.
What I feel that this book is trying to convey is "active"
What is active? That is, when you encounter something, instead of asking why it happened, ask how to solve it?
what can I do? How can I adapt to a changing world? How can I get to know each other better? What workaround can I offer? How can I reach customers in more creative ways? How do I get the information I need to make decisions?
Don't take the blame when you're done, no matter whether you succeed or fail, you can take 100% responsibility, which is the ability and responsibility to solve problems.
Everyone is responsible for their own thoughts, actions and their consequences. You and I cannot change others, and often cannot control the environment and the outcome. What we can really control is our own thoughts and actions. Once the focus is on how to use our energy and energy for what we can do, we can greatly increase our impact, not to mention make us happier and less frustrated.
The book specifically mentions that the enemies we often face, in addition to opponents, ourselves, and the referees who evaluate you.
If you want to win, don't complain about the things you can't control, and make yourself good enough to beat the judges in your life.
I think shutting up a third person is the hardest thing. If you are strong enough to defeat even a third person, then nothing can bring you down.
When you first read this book, you may feel that it is a cookie-cutter truth, but the truth is like this. You will see the same thing in many books from many angles. Since the truth is all there, why not try it?
focus on the problem
When it comes to focusing on the problem, there is a book called "The Four Pledges for Awakening Dreams " that is very useful.
- Be impeccable with your word.
- Don't take anything personally.
- Don't make assumptions. (Don't make assumptions and don't look for evidence for your assumptions)
- Always do your best. (No matter what the state is, if you do your best at the moment, you won't regret it)
The parentheses in Chinese are my own thoughts.
These four mental methods are very useful in any situation. Don't be led by your head. Sometimes you can only see things clearly by pulling away objectively. Focusing on solving things can avoid unnecessary arguments. But I have a personal opinion. If you find that the other party wants to solve emotions, then don't keep your eyes on things.
In addition to the four major heart methods, an interesting thing was also mentioned. We will create a perfect image of ourselves in our hearts so that we can follow our aspirations. The good thing is that we will get better and better, but the book reminds us that we can never really match the perfection in our hearts.
The two books were read together at the beginning. To be honest, I only read the QBQ, and I just read the Four Mind Methods a little to strengthen my inner beliefs, but the concepts of these two books are very suitable for people who have just come out of the society, and those who admit that they always meet each other. People who don't know what to do when things go wrong.
