We quickly found a rental house, and it is also close to the store, which is quite convenient. The rented house is in a small community, which are all 5-story apartment-style houses, and the rented floor is on the first floor. The first floor is really convenient for us, especially when we move.

The landlord we met was a person with a good personality and a very soft personality. Because part of the newly rented house needed to be sorted out, he directly deducted the rent for 1 month as compensation for the cost of sorting and repairing. And we only signed the rent contract for the first year, and then because of mutual trust and tacit understanding, we did not sign any more rental contracts. I think it was because the landlord trusted us, and we were lucky to have a good landlord at the time.

When I just moved out from home, my heart was full of anticipation, because I could finally start a family of four. These are all small things, but what really got us thinking about moving was the leak in the bathroom ceiling.

After about five years of our happy hour, we noticed the bathroom ceiling was starting to leak and we immediately informed the landlord about it. The landlord asked the water and electricity personnel he knew to check and found that the problem of water leakage was directly related to the neighbors on the second floor. But the neighbor didn't admit it and didn't want to deal with it, so we didn't know what to do, so we asked the water and electricity man again to help us do further testing, but the appointment time was obviously not shown, and he called Inquiry also inferred because there is no time. It makes me think that he has the intention to avoid this matter, after all, people's problems are the most difficult to solve.

We had to contact the landlord again to ask him to find a way. Maybe the landlord is really busy and far away (he lives in Taipei, we are in Taoyuan), or maybe he is not very good at dealing with this aspect, or maybe he thinks that we are good talkers, so he will not deal with it for the time being It might not matter, but he was really wrong.

The only good thing about this incident is that the leaking water in the bathroom was clean, not used water, and to us it seemed like a little light in the dark. But it's just a little bit of light, and it doesn't have much effect.

After a period of time, my parents' father just sold his previous vacant house, so he divided the proceeds from the sale of the house to his four daughters, so we had a down payment for the house.

We were also very troubled by the landlord's delay in solving the problem of water leakage, and having this money made us want to buy a house and move. During that time, I began to seriously search for a house, until I had a small car accident and the purchase of a house was delayed. It feels like that is not going well, and it puts us in a predicament that we can't get out of.

When we were looking for a house, it was a challenge for us because the prices were really not low. I also pray to God for this, asking God to prepare for us. The landlord also felt sorry for us that we were moving. Although we said that we bought a house, we believed that he knew the real reason. After that, we finally moved out of the apartment smoothly.

It's just that the delay in the leak has disappointed us, but it has also given us a determination to really want to move out of there.
