Beethoven wrote nine symphonies in his life. Looking at these nine works, if you are a music fan, which ones are your favorite?

The reason for asking this is that most Beethoven fans certainly don't love just one of his nine symphonies. Because each capital has its own characteristics and has its supporters. I like every song, but I especially like six songs 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9. Among these works, 2 and 7 are more easily overlooked. But, today I'm going to talk to my friends about Beethoven_Symphony No. 7 .

Familiar music fans call this piece: Bei Qi. But it should be Beethoven's Seventh Symphony.

Last year was the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birthday. However, under the influence of the epidemic, the presupposition that the performances of Beethoven's works were supposed to be performed in various places, but in the end, most of them failed, and only a few places were able to perform as scheduled. Taiwan is one of them. Now that 2020 has passed and come to 2021, has the world changed? I wish there was.

Referring to this masterpiece of Beethoven, from the first movement to the last movement, there are very wonderful melodies laid out, and each has its own characteristics. I like the youthfulness of the first movement, the independence of the second movement, the joyful passion of the third movement, and the carnival of the fourth movement! Every note is the perfection of the composer's meticulously tempered chain, it's no exaggeration!

Bei Qi is often overlooked because it is not as famous as the third, fifth, sixth, and ninth, so the seventh is often skipped, but, believe me, as long as you listen to this piece once, you will often be confused by it. The music and the connotation of music are deeply attracted. Later, thanks to the Japanese drama "Symphonic Lover's Dream", this symphony was completely heated up, and it was also regarded as one of the theme music of the show, but it was actually used in the movie earlier, and I will explain it later. Let's take a look at the relevant fragments of the Japanese drama "Symphonic Lover's Dream":

After all, why do I like this work?

Music is so wonderful, sometimes it has to be stimulated in order to respond, and this is the same. At first, I just listened to the following version, and I started to pursue this work fiercely, all because of little Cliba !

Because of his commanding movements, body language, and even the good use of various methods to lead the performance of the orchestra, he exudes a magical charm that makes people completely forget that I am listening to music, but, because of his performance, in the In addition to attracting attention, I also paid enthusiastic attention to this work! Both Liszt and Wagner have said that Beethoven 's No. 7 Symphony is like Dionysian's dance, the deification of dance , and this little Cliba happened to be able to explain this way of interpretation, which is also very related to his personality. Therefore, it is like a duck to water to make a perfect interpretation! However, I am a little puzzled about the second movement of Cliba's performance of the seven, because the speed is too fast, but overall, such a speed should be just right for this version.

Invite music friends to enjoy this version of Carlos Kleiber Beethoven Symphonies 7 (Complete) / Concergebouw Orchestra .

After listening to the version of Little Kleiba, you must be like a drunken Dionysian! Dancing wildly? ! Ha, it's possible. Because with the conductor's body movements and facial expressions, it will make us very much like indulging in music, a pleasant display!

However, this piece has a movement that cannot be ignored, a movement that cannot be despised, and a movement that cannot be forgotten. When this movement was premiered that year, the audience asked to perform it again because the performance was so brilliant!

Yes, it is the second movement.

Please listen to the following version first, starting at 14:45, please, please listen first.

Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Iván Fischer Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam, 9 & 10 January 2014

This Beethoven Symphony No. 7 also reminds me of a Hollywood movie "Knowing" Taiwan translated as "Doomsday Prophecy" starring Nicholas Cage . If you haven't seen the movie, just watch the first two minutes below. Because from the 13th second, there is music content that I want to share with you. And because of this movement, it gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it.

Every time I hear this movement, I have an idea: it is a kind of independence from the world, but in fact, it is full of energy, and then set off after diving! "Doomsday Prophecy" is a film that has not been taken seriously in Taiwan, but the combination of music and pictures is what I feel. People finally, after walking through the trough of death, sublimated their lives and spirits .

Knowing Ending

At this point, my heart has warmed up.

Finally, I would like to share a video of the performance of a conductor I visited, Mr. Shui Lan, and the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, which was broadcast live online during the epidemic last year. In the most dangerous moment of last year, it warmed everyone's heart!
