Matters Withdrawal Guide｜Follow the steps to get the money into your account

Matters wallet can store fiat currency (currently only supports Hong Kong dollar), you can store value to reward others, and the fiat currency that others support you will also enter this wallet. And when your account amount exceeds 500 HKD, you can start the withdrawal!

Matters withdrawal is done by binding Stripe, an internationally accepted third-party cash flow tool. If Stripe supports your country and region (such as the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. 43 countries, you can check the detailed countries here ), you can bind your bank account through Stripe as long as you follow the instructions on Matters. Complete the withdrawal.

Create a Stripe Account at Matters

Since Matters withdrawals are done through Stripe, you must first create a Stripe account with Matters. Enter "My Wallet", press the withdrawal button, the system will guide you to the creation screen

Then fill in the personal information: fill in the "country" according to your location, which will determine the currency in which your money is received.

→ If you are in 43 places such as the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc., you can find your country in the menu and select it directly

→ If you are in a country or region that Stripe does not support: Take Taiwanese users as an example, since there is no "Taiwan" option in the menu, it is recommended to select "United States". The mobile phone number can be filled in Taiwan mobile phone, and the verification code can be received. Remember to select "TW" for the country code of the mobile phone number.

Go to the next page, fill in your personal information, name (please use the English name that matches your ID), email and birthday

On the next page, fill in the company details, select your occupation and website. Website suggestions can fill in your Matters profile

On the next page, fill out your account information.

→ If you hold accounts in 43 places including the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc., you can directly fill in your bank account information.

After saving, log in to Matters again, and you will receive a notification letter from Stripe in your mailbox, informing you that the creation is successful, and you can start withdrawing.

You can go back to the Matters site to initiate a withdrawal. The money you withdraw will go into your bank account after deducting the service fee. (Reminder: You need to enter the transaction password of Matters for withdrawal. If you have not set a transaction password, the system will guide you to set it; those who want to reset the password can go to "My Wallet" --> "Manage Transaction Password" reset.)

You can manage your Stripe account entry through Matters wallet and see the withdrawal progress. The processing time of different banks is different, but basically within ten working days after the withdrawal is successfully initiated, the withdrawal amount can reach your bank account.
