When it was time for lunch, I looked at the two Easy Peelers on the table and hesitated for a long time whether to eat or not.

 Easy Peeler is a kind of citrus, a bit like the "tangerine" seen during Chinese New Year, a kind of citrus whose peel is super easy to peel off. In Malaysia, you usually have to wait until the Chinese New Year to see citrus; but in the UK, you can find Easy Peeler in almost every supermarket throughout the year!

Very cute is its name, the Chinese literal translation of Easy Peeler is "easy peeler" XD
(I will call it oranges for short below)

In the end, I decided to eat later, and when I turned to work smartly, my right hand accidentally bumped into something. When I looked back, there was only a solitary orange left on the table, and its companion was gone!

I subconsciously squatted under the table to find it, no.

Under the bookcase next to it, no.

Behind the cabinet, neither.

Strange, how could there be none! ! Play catch and hide?

I looked angrily at the one orange left on the table. I obviously brought two, but now there is only one left. If the other hadn't fallen to the ground, where would it have gone? ?

These two holes are super deep! Plus it's pitch black from the wall to the inside, it's super scary! I tried using the phone's flashlight function to look inside, but only saw cables and wires.

At the beginning, my brain automatically made up the plots of various horror movies, so I didn't dare to put my hand in it, for fear of touching something I shouldn't touch. . . But I really searched everywhere and couldn't find it for a long time. Finally, I decided to give it up. I turned on the flashlight, closed my eyes and held my breath (I don't know why XD). not to the bottom.

Although it was funny and humiliating to find someone to help me pick up oranges, but I really had no choice. . After thinking about it, I asked my colleague P to help me find a way to help me see if the oranges fell into the holes. As a result, as soon as he heard me say that my orange rolled into the hole, he took out a large orange from the drawer and wanted to give it to me. .

Oh well, thanks.

Eh, no! I'm not here to cry that I don't have any oranges to eat! I'm afraid that if I don't get the orange out, it will mold and rot inside! Then the mold will spread slowly, run down the hole, then spread to the table and chairs, and finally get my hands and my feet! Ah~~~ the consequences are very serious! ! o((⊙﹏⊙))o

Finally he went for some long, uh, Styrofoam sticks? It is the black and long one in the picture below. I want to use it to push the orange to the opposite exit. He tried the hole on the left first, and after pushing, he saw only some small pieces of garbage, no oranges. When he tried the hole on the right in the same way, he found that he couldn't get through at all, half stuck and couldn't push. . Tried a few times and still the same putting from the hole on the other end.

I finally tried it for at least 30 minutes. We did everything we could, but there was no way for the styrofoam stick to pass from one hole to the opposite hole. Plus I didn't see the oranges fall into it with my own eyes, so I don't know if it was really in it. Even the experienced colleague P said that he had no choice but to give up. .

After colleague P left, I felt unwilling. I remember that the company had a big vacuum cleaner. I originally wanted to use it to see if I could suck the oranges out, but the suction was so poor that it couldn’t suck anything at all (probably because of it It is specially designed to absorb ultra-fine dust) Although the suction is too weak, it is fortunate that its tube is long enough and slightly thinner than a styrofoam stick, so it should be easier to pass through, right?

Finally, I used the vacuum cleaner tube to pass through the hole on the right, but there were still no oranges. . . Can anyone tell me where the oranges go? ? ?

Another orange of mine just disappeared for no apparent reason. .

After procrastinating for so long, I finally sorted out the article and published it. I have been very busy recently!

Now every day I go to work, I check to see if there are oranges that I have lost in the hole, but now I think about it, it would be terrifying if I suddenly saw the oranges one day. . .
