"How much money and how much to do"? Don't let a narrow view of work limit your imagination

Once you've done your best, there won't be too many needless stagnation.

In the process of career counseling, you will find that some people are used to thinking a lot.

For work, have your own established imagination. In this type of case, you may be able to analyze the information collected and know your own strengths and weaknesses. However, because you know too much, it is easy to rest on your laurels. First, you presume what you are suitable for and what you cannot do. It's stupid, just receiving the notification to "go for an interview" can make you tangled for a long time.

I think most people, especially new people or people who want to change jobs, are too imaginative about work.

While "work" is primarily about earning a living, it is also one of the ways of self-realization . Many people are frightened by the evil workplace jungle, and they are afraid to do a little more, that is, they are carrying a sedan chair for the boss they hate and marrying a colleague who loves to dodge. "How much money to take, how much to do" seems to be a golden sentence in the workplace, and I am afraid that I will not take advantage of it.

The fallacy of “how much you take, how much you do” is that companies always expect you to do the most with the least amount of money. If you take this sentence as a standard in the beginning when you don’t have much expertise and bargaining chips—that is, “it’s not enough”, I am afraid that in the future, it will be difficult for you to achieve much in your work.

If you haven't done some work in person, no matter how you google it beforehand, look at the Dcard, and ask the relatives and friends who work there, it's just for reference. You are not him. He said that it is super cool to send documents to and from get off work on time every day. Would you like it? He says the salary is high but it's fucked up, will you give up? Your tastes are so similar, why did he join that company and you are still wandering outside?

I once joined a well-known local company, and this product is considered a leading company in the mainland. Go check Dcard, ask people who came out of it quickly, criticism is that sweatshops abound.

Because the work is very high pressure, the hours are very long, and the competition is super fierce. However, the performance system is transparent and the management level is flat. If you do it well, there is no ceiling for performance bonuses; if you want to be promoted, there is definitely a chance to climb quickly with your strength. The founder is a legendary figure, and the general manager is also a wonderful person - very uncommercial but very managerial, and the executives inside are full of masters, all of whom have unique skills. More importantly, almost everyone is not very secretive. If you want to know anything, as long as you speak, someone will definitely help you. (The point is the system, hello, so will your supervisor)

Arsenic in the eyes of others is, for me, the most rewarding and fulfilling experience. Pushing your potential to the limit will you know how far you can play. It's hard work, but it's also very refreshing . It is simply an alternative self-exploration process, like the kind of potential development .

Growth is like fitness, hard work, if you don't advance, you will retreat.

Or just entering the society, or entering a new field, we all look forward to the work to have a complete education and training, continue to nurture us, and allow ourselves to grow "safely".

Do you still have the mentality of being a student ?

You will find that with the growth of age and seniority, the company is not looking for soldiers to be supported, but generals who have strategies and dare to execute . Those who have worked hard in the workplace will understand that there is not only no perfect job, but also no 100-point task.

Because before many tasks are executed, there is no standard answer at all. Whoever does it closest to the boss, customer, and market demand and is paid for is the answer.

Once you've done your best, there won't be too many needless stagnation.

Because you know, you can, you want, even if it is not 100 points, you can definitely break through the pass line. More importantly, you'll get closer and closer to 100 each time.

I do my best to work, not for the company, my boss, or my colleagues. For my own sake, I can constantly refill my abilities in the process and increase my market value. A person who can make achievements, can he not be seen?

You say I don't have that kind of ambition to be a great person. But in doing all this, what I pursue is not "success" , but "freedom" .

The definition of success is different for everyone.

But when you shine at work, with certain achievements and values, you will have more freedom to choose your job, to negotiate with your boss, to put yourself in a better position, and to live the life you want. Freedom will come true one day.

"How much money to take, how many things to do" such a passive life, can only be chosen, forced to lie down, what kind of freedom?
