The first time I tried to cook beef stew in red wine the night before, I didn't expect it to be a complete success!

Really excited to be able to produce such a good taste at home.

I have been fascinated by taste since I was a child. Whether it is essential oils, fragrances, spices, even cabinets, items, clothing, the back of the cat's head and feet, the son's neck, and the daughter's feet, as long as it hits me, I will be "chasing the smell". In the past, I almost missed the plane in the UK for a can of rose lotion that I thought was "destined" at the time. My sister, who is with me, is still irritated.

So spice food is also very impressive to me. If it is just delicious, it means that the taste buds and tongue feel comfortable, chewing and swallowing happily. But if the aroma is rich and beautiful, it is a completely different realm.

The effect of aroma is real.

Through the nasal cavity, it enters the sebum and limbic system of the brain, and then affects the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, and also calls out the situation and memory in the brain. The body and mind seem to be led to another layer of space by the smell.

My daughter is also a "good taster". Every time I sprayed her with pure dew to relieve itching, it was like a cat encountering cat grass. When you have a temper tantrum, it can also be visibly calm and relaxed.

It seems that both mother and daughter have a fanatical and persistent nose, so I understand the madness of Ge Nuyi's pursuit of taste.

The spice is really good, but it takes a long time to simmer for the real taste, and the amazing aroma will fully "bloom". If you just marinate meat, sprinkle it on vegetables and meat and bake it, it is actually more like seasoning, adding some surface flavor.

It’s just that it’s really troublesome to cook for a long time. After this red wine beef is stewed, it needs to be refrigerated for 12 hours to get the juice and taste, which means it will take two days to complete.

Isn't life so difficult, but in fact, the process of cooking is fragrant and healing. Next time, I should be excited to roll up my sleeves and cook~
