Real progress is compared to who you were yesterday
Some TED videos I pull out every once in a while
It's really different every time I watch it
This time I want to share a speech on "Don't Compare Yourself to Others - Price's Law"
It probably means that we all need a goal to pursue, but that goal can’t be too far away and unrealistic
Then the fairest way is to compare yourself with yesterday's self, only you know how the situation is on each day.
You can't fully penetrate the quality of others, you can only see what he is willing to show
So we just need to set moderate goals and divide them into small steps to move forward
Each step is a little bit harder than the previous step to grow. Every day, as long as you are a little better than you were yesterday, the cumulative results are very impressive. When you take the first step and feel a sense of accomplishment, the more successful you will be. more and more success, it's an effect
And the definition of "getting better" is up to you, don't be bound by secular values
When you feel happy and happy, why should others intervene?
Even if others don't like it and want to stop it, we must have a strong will to remind ourselves
How do we make this life worth living, not just "survival"
In this way, the words and actions of others will not affect us
Because we still have more important life goals to accomplish, we will bypass them and continue to move forward when we encounter people who stand in our way.
Finally, the last sentence of the film is used as the end, and we encourage each other:
"Only those who know what to live for can bear the question of how to live.|
