Cosmonautics Day
My city through the eyes of a robot. I would say in the eyes. More precisely, in the eye)

Well, “cosmonauts”, happy holiday!
I live in the space capital of Russia - Korolev.
Here, literally, every house, street, and enterprise is associated with the names of space explorers - with those people who cannot but arouse my respect and unconditional admiration for their courage, courage and determination. And these are not only astronauts, but also designers who made the conquest of space not only possible, but also as safe as possible. It seems to me that it was these people that the all-knowing AI took as the basis for the portrait of the average resident of the city of Korolev (isn’t this another robot’s view of my city?)
And every April 12th I feel the vibe of the city in a completely special way. Space intrigues me with its mystery and unknown. I am amazed by its scale, which I cannot even imagine. And the infinity of space desperately attracts me like a magnet. It just beckons. Almost mining)
And just as the first important step in space exploration was taken 63 years ago, I am now taking the first steps in the development of cryptocurrency.
And since my life is so interestingly connected with space, I could not help but become interested in the Cosmos ecosystem.
Why did she hook me? I have 5 reasons for this.
The first reason is the scale of the space level.
If we consider this ecosystem as a way to scale other projects, then Cosmos provides the opportunity and tools to duplicate an overloaded blockchain in order to redistribute the load. In this case, the model of horizontal scaling of blockchain projects is used, the degree of scalability has no restrictions, you can make infinitely many horizontal duplicates of blockchains, which in turn will be interconnected into a single whole.
And from this follows the second reason - cosmic infinite immensity.
The third and immediately fourth reasons are safety and sustainability.
Cosmos is a common operating and interoperable ecosystem for different, independent blockchains built using the tools provided by the ecosystem. Blockchains operate independently of each other and within the ecosystem they are called Zones; there is also another type of independent blockchains - Hubs, they serve as coordination of interaction between zones, a kind of information relay.
There is no main blockchain in the Cosmos ecosystem and there is no mandatory coin that users of the ecosystem are forced to use. Both zones and hubs can build their own connections, separate and independent.
This model has been criticized for being as secure as the least secure blockchain within the ecosystem (when the most secure network accepts assets from the least secure network, it becomes less secure). At the same time, such a structure also makes the network as a whole more stable, because there is no single blockchain whose security is critical to the survival of the entire ecosystem.
And the fifth reason is the promise of the Cosmos ecosystem in general and the Atom coin in particular.
Atom is the native coin of the Cosmos Hub blockchain, which supports and protects the network specifically of the Cosmos Hub, which, as is known, acts as a relay between connected zones. This way, ATOM coins can be staked, delegating them to any validator of your choice, and receiving rewards for this. ATOM is an inflationary cryptocurrency; every year the total emission of the coin increases from 7% to 20%.
What's the result? There is one Cosmos for everyone. For me, it lies in the balance of three areas: security, decentralization and scalability.
Well, the prospect of Atom. Let's see where this takes me. My plans are cosmic!
Happy Cosmonautics Day! Go!
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
