As the saying goes , "the tricks of scammers emerge in endlessly" , and now the Internet is full of various scams, such as a series of online love scams, probably because of the new crown pneumonia, everyone spends more time online, the first half of this year Hong Kong recorded more than 400 online romance scams in 2019, cheating feelings and cheating money, involving a total of 189 million Hong Kong dollars. A fraudster who falsely claimed to be an Italian businessman defrauded a female victim of more than 18 million Hong Kong dollars in remittances. The oldest victim turned out to be an 85-year-old woman, which shows that this is a "business" with considerable income.

Today I received another e-mail in the company mailbox, the content is as follows:

Hello! I am a hacker and I have successfully broken into your operating system.

Yes, that means I have full access to your device. I've been watching you for the past few months. Want to know how I did it? This is because your computer has been infected with malware from an adult website you visited. You may not understand what this means, but I will try to explain it to you. With a Trojan virus, I can gain full access to a computer or other device. This means I can see what's on your screen at any time by turning on your webcam and microphone, and you won't notice anything unusual during the process. I can also see your contact information and all your email correspondence. You might say, "But I have an antivirus on my computer, how is that possible? Why didn't the antivirus alert me?" The answer is simple: I use driver-based malware, and every four hours I updates its signature once, which makes it undetectable, so your antivirus doesn't give you any warning. I made a video where the left half shows you jerking off and the right half shows what you were watching. Wondering how bad this could be? With just one click, I can send this video to all your contacts on social networks and all the email addresses you have a relationship with. I can also publish all your emails and chats on the chat software you use. However, it is very simple to prevent this from happening, all you need to do is send $2000 worth of bitcoins to my bitcoin account (if you don't know how to do this, just use your web browser browser search: "buy bitcoin"). My bitcoin account (bitcoin wallet) is: 1yKPBpxxxxxxxx9TapUxxxxxxxxFULbnD As soon as the money is received, I will delete this video and disappear from your life forever. You have 2 days (48 hours) to complete this transfer. As soon as you open this email, I will receive an alert and the countdown will begin immediately. Any attempt to complain about this email will be futile as this email, like my Bitcoin account, is untraceable. I've been in this business for so long that I can't make any mistakes. If I find out that you shared this message with someone else, I will immediately make the video mentioned above public.

I laughed while watching it, and felt that it was really funny. It was too unconvincing, but it should really scare some people who are said to be right? Liars are very good at taking advantage of people's dark side, such as people's greed and desire. In fact, I have received this kind of email more than once, and each time the content is similar, but compared with the criminal group that uses a Trojan horse virus to lock up all computer files and then blackmails the company for hundreds of thousands, this kind of email is obviously just an email. Little thieves, who may not even have a deep knowledge of computers, just send random emails to try their luck and see if some people who are not smart enough are taken in.

But today's cyber criminals all have one thing in common, that is, they all know how to use cryptocurrency accounts to commit crimes, because in this way, the identity of the recipient is basically impossible to trace. Circulation...(?), because after reading this email, I thought of one more thing, that is, the scammer asked to remit $2,000 worth of bitcoins to his account within two days. Isn't it troublesome for someone who doesn't understand cryptocurrency at all? Finding textbooks on the Internet for self-study, opening an exchange account for real-name authentication, and then buying Bitcoin and remitting it to the scammer’s account, two days may be too fast, so we have to catch up with the trend, when we have time Learn to open an online exchange account , and try writing articles now to earn some cryptocurrency at zero cost . Of course, in the end, I hope that you will not reveal your personal privacy too easily on the Internet, and do not do anything that is not obvious in front of the web cam, so that you can feel at ease and at ease. (A bunch of nonsense... XD)

PS I learned the word "jerking off", lol :D
