Days come and go in the rain and wind. It is always scary to go out and go during the epidemic. I often receive calls from parents: "Don't run around, be careful outside." This is probably the biggest constraint on this child who left home after high school. Now, I can only convey concern or express concern from the other end of the phone, but I obey it to the best of my ability, and then step out of the border.
I think it has something to do with my family when I like to visit the traditional market, but this is not the case. There is no so-called "market" in the town where I grew up. At best, it can be said that it is a busy road in the morning. It was an ordinary neighborhood, so that when I came to a new place to study, work and live, the market became a new and worth exploring place for me.
A few days ago, as soon as I walked into the market, the vendors were full of harvest melons and fruits. I bought two bitter gourds, three chayote gourds, and two loofahs. Then I cut up the butter squash I bought a few days ago, and threw them into the electric pot and steamed them until cooked. (Later, I bought Cucumber, Guaguagua in Samsung's market)
Cooking for me is not out of love, but is often out of nostalgia for the taste of my mother. Therefore, the dishes that can be cooked and brought to the table may be dishes that my mother will bring to the table, and it is also a personal preference. One of the soups is Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup. This is a magical dish. Vegetables that are so bitter and frowning are usually respected by me, but the taste turns sweet in the boiling hot water. The ingredients are only Bitter Gourd. , ribs, a few garlic cloves, and then add a little salt to taste, and it becomes a pot that can drive away the bitter and sweet taste of the sultry summer.
