The engineer first helped the customer window change the copy, and I guessed whether the other party didn't press submit or something like that...
After being unable to figure out the reason why there was no linkage... the customer window again reported that after the changes were sent, the website was not changed simultaneously! This time his screenshot included the URL bar. After reading it, the engineer told me:

What he changed was the backend of the test website, and what he was looking at was the frontend of the official website.
