Tai Tam Tuk Reservoir
I've been busy with work recently, and I haven't been to the suburbs for three weeks. On this day, I can finally meet some friends and go outside to breathe fresh air.
Tai Tam Tuk Reservoir is located in the southern district of Hong Kong Island. It is one of the Tai Tam Reservoirs Group. It was built in 1917 and was called "the first dam in Asia" at that time. A large number of old historical buildings have been preserved in the area of the reservoir, including the Tai Tam Tuk Dam, the reservoir switch house and the pumping station, etc., which are listed as declared monuments. In addition, Tai Tam Bay under the dam has rare mangroves and wetlands on Hong Kong Island, which is a very suitable place for outings.
The weather forecast may rain, there are very few tourists along the road, there is no need to crowd each other with tourists, and there is no need to expose to the sun, I feel very comfortable, although the sky is dark, it does not rain, I am really grateful.
Each attraction had to be photographed non-stop, and it took about six hours to complete the entire itinerary.
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
