Since I came back from the training, I started the English study plan after a day off. Of course, this plan is relatively easy, not as full as the student party, but gradually.

Most of my time in the day is mainly for entertainment. I take my baby to do laundry. I used to go out for a walk every day. But because of the epidemic, I don’t go out anymore. I bought a camera and practiced my hands, and finally freed up 1.5 hours to study.

To be honest, teaching in a small 18th-tier city will not be as complicated as a teacher in a first- and second-tier city. Especially in terms of oneself, there is a kind of mentality of "laying down". There is no so-called right or wrong. Changes really put forward new requirements for teachers. If you don't take the initiative to study, you will really not be able to keep up.

Part of my time is now reserved for the optional compulsory courses 3 and 4 of the new textbook. These are the textbooks that I will use after I take over, which is really too unfamiliar to me.

Compared with the previous old textbooks, it is much more complicated. Both the vocabulary and the length and difficulty of the whole article have increased a lot. There are three main texts in each unit. The recorded and broadcast class is familiar with several units in order to find the idea.

In addition, I also use the Scallop Listening app to check in every day. The textbooks I choose are Lai Shixiong Advanced American, Walking the World, TOEFL Speaking, etc., mainly to practice speaking and listening, which are really weak for me. Yes, most of the lectures are mostly knowledge-based. As for spoken English, I neglected to practice after graduation.

I am now imitating and reading sentences to paragraphs, and then listening to fill in the blanks. In fact, I also gave us voice training in the days when I was studying in Beijing. Combined with the previous notes, it is actually easy to find the rules, it is just a matter of practice makes perfect. Come on!
