During this period of the epidemic, I am rectifying my outlook on life, and thoroughly sorting out the values of career, relationship, living environment, etc. If my outlook on life is likened to a house, each room represents a different area of my life, the work I do is clean up, some places need to be renovated, and all the old and useless things are thrown away! Only by clearing an environment can we welcome new possibilities. This is a very important belief in my outlook on life.

In fact, the analogy is mutual. In order to organize my outlook on life, I really clean up. When I'm feeling down, I know that if I continue to analyze myself, I'll get stuck thinking. To get over this hurdle, I would pick up the broom and mop and get to work, rearranging the furniture, replacing the books on the shelves, and clearing the dust under the bed. I try to evoke inner transformation through outer change. When I see a beautiful, neat and orderly environment, my heart is very comfortable, free and happy! It's harder to see progress than long-term inner work, and the results of cleansing are tangible and rewarding.

Swiss Anthroposophist and Cleansing Practitioner - "Queen of Cleansing" Linda Thomas has been a special influence on me. She held workshops all over the country during the Mid-Autumn Festival last year, and I happened to help her translate. Linda has keen observation in her cleaning work, letting go of all criticism in her heart, relying on intuition to organize, and transforming a space into a livable environment with her heart. One of the many interesting stories she shared in the workshop was how her cleansing heals and clears one's inner demons. After hearing these stories, I wanted to start practicing her advice on cleaning that day, and that cleaning was a very pleasant experience. Since then, I have gained a new understanding of the meaning of cleanliness, which has really changed my outlook on life. I am so grateful that I met Linda. If you want to understand her cleaning philosophy, I highly recommend reading her book: Why Cleaning Has Meaning: Bringing Wellbeing Into Your Home
