Happy ending! Eight points that are not important in the spring class series of the Arma online workshop

The spring class series of Arma Online Workshop ended last Saturday (5.21).
Here I record some of my personal journeys and thoughts in the past three months,
There are also some things that look back and say, "Mom, we are too cute (idiots) !"

1. If I can learn it like this, there must be someone like me who can learn it this way.

@CODENONGDaily  From September 2021, "LikeCoin related series of implementation workshops" will be held .
The reason is because, there was once a guy who couldn't understand the teaching texts written by major masters on the edition ( don't ask why that guy couldn't understand, I don't understand why she didn't understand), Pidianpidian ran to ask Code farmer, what to do.

"So, which step do you not understand?" Code Farmer.
"I can't read it from start to finish!" Honesty is a virtue.
"..."

Poor Mr. Shima, just started google meet, step by step, took the guy to operate, and taught him to the meeting.

"Dig, Amazing , it turns out I can learn it! Ou Mai is embarrassed!!" The guy was very happy.
"I see it this way, code farmer, if you save a Muggle me, why don't you teach thousands of them and open a workshop , what do you think?"

"Well, it seems to be ok. Let's talk about it when you have time!" The code farmer thought.
"If you're free, look, I'll help you type out the admissions copy, come here."
"..."

Oh yes, that guy, that's me.

I often feel that I am the person who learned and benefited the most from the #AMAOnline Workshop .
I thought:
"If I need to teach by hand, then there should be people who need it too?",
"If I can learn it this way, someone can learn it this way."

2. Don't seek perfection once, but keep improving every time

When there's something that no one else is doing right now, that's basically... we're the best, but also the worst (thank you) .
Perhaps, the Ama online workshop is currently in such a state.

How much will we be afraid that what we do will not be "good enough" and "make the people who come to the class feel that it is not worth it."
But instead of being afraid, hesitating to take the first step, and taking the first step, it is better to move forward with the mentality of "maybe not perfect, but you can make progress every time ."

Therefore, from the repeated editing and beautification of the textbook PPT, the pre-rehearsal of each class, the questionnaire survey after each class, and the video of the class so that members can review and organize the questions and answers of the members, clarify and collect people often "stuck" ,"areas that you dont understand.

Maybe we are not "very powerful" and "Top" , but with enthusiasm and original intention , repeated attempts will always make things "better and better" .

(Code Farmer OS: As a result, during the workshop, it happened that I set off to study in Japan, and served as a lecturer for five classes at the same time, so I was very busy!)

Expecting to get things done right at once seems out of reach and impossible to execute,
It is better to pursue progress in every practice.

3. Preparing for a series of courses, in fact, we are super nervous and afraid

Compared with the 2021 Code Farmer's personal and free single-class workshop course,
By the end of 2021, we will discuss:
"Would you like to make learning more systematic and step-by-step?"
"Courses are still difficult and easy to distinguish. After listening to some courses, and then listening to some strategies, it seems that learning step by step is more likely to get into the situation?"
"Would you like to come and design a series of courses?"

In full swing, the code farmer listed the syllabus, discussed (and quarreled?), designed posters, and proposed the enrollment date...

"Mom, I'm so nervous, will no one come in the end?"
"Do we know what we're doing?"
"What if no one is coming?"

We, who have little experience, are actually half-to-death with fear, and we have to worry to the point of death .
Whether the newborn calf is afraid of tigers or not, we are very nervous anyway.

4. In the early stages of recruiting for this series, I was so frustrated that I thought "I can't do it anymore"

We were trembling, trembling, and full of doubts whether anyone would want or need to come to our class.

On 2/25, Code Farmer released " Code Farmer Daily - "Class Start" Ama Workshop officially started! "Course recruitment text, next... what we have to do... is to wait and pray . (inexplicable helplessness)

Minutes and seconds passed... We were holding our hearts that were beating nervously and restlessly... Waiting... until the end, and there were only less than 4 or 5 people who signed up initially.

When it’s over, will it be like this? This is the number of people who will come to the class at the most? ……How to do……

2/26, early Saturday morning (Hey, thinking about it now, ah, I just waited a day , hello?),
I received a personal private message from the code farmer, and I felt very frustrated: "Hey, sloth, I don't know what to tell you, but now the registration is not effective , I consider not to do it, cancel the series of workshops ..."

"Ah? You want to cancel the entire series? Let's discuss how to deal with the aftermath?" I remembered that I had just woken up, and I didn't think too much about it, so let's discuss how to cancel it!

Immediately afterwards, the two of us held a long online meeting to discuss the details on google drive. Now if we want to cancel the series of workshops, how should we post, how should we notify... so that things can end better .

Then...then...the last discussion didn't know how to do it, and the result of the discussion was
"It doesn't matter, just grit your teeth and keep doing it! No matter how many people and whether the time benefit ratio can make a return, this matter, let more people understand and operate the LikeCoin cryptocurrency, what we want to do, do it to the end!!!"

Last but not least, about a week and a half after the announcement of the recruitment article, the number of participants in the series of courses reached our full limit (20) . Among them, I would like to thank the volunteer grandpa, who helped us to promote the article every time.

I really want to tell myself at that time.

Maybe we should have more confidence in what we do.

Fifth, the division of labor is a knowledge

Team division and cooperation are always a subject of knowledge. In a busy life, we can find the pace of mutual cooperation and operation together.

Originally, the design wanted to have a class every two weeks so that everyone could have some breathing space, but it turned out to be inexplicably busy (laughs).

Obviously there are only six more classes, but after the actual operation, you will find that if you want to do things "well" , there are really a lot of things to do.
A course is not just "time to open the link" class, but also a pre-class planning discussion, after-class review, distribution of slides and class Q&A records...

Even though we were not even familiar with each other's real names, we somehow had a tacit understanding and reached a consensus quickly.
But doing something "passionate and meaningful" together makes me feel fulfilled and happy about it.

6. Teamwork will not be smooth sailing

Even if there are only four of us (OK, or two people, a cat and a sloth), there are still disagreements and different ideas in the process of teamwork. What's more, in a broad sense, we can only It's unfamiliar... netizens (laughs).

Think about it, if a team has only one opinion, it's also a very scary thing, which means that we can't think from different perspectives and put forward different opinions.

Although it is tiring and time-consuming to deal with each other's different ideas, but also because everyone is willing to express their own ideas, insist on things, and compromise and communicate in a timely manner, so we can Keep going.

(The truth is, sloths are sometimes the sticklers on the team, hey)

Whether a team can cooperate smoothly does not depend on how similar the members' opinions are, but on the ability to deal with each other's differences and disputes, and move forward together in the turmoil.

Seven, google meet conference small eggs

Well, because almost everyone signed up for a series of six courses, so...from the first class to the last class, we all used the same google meet link.

This google meet link, after the code farmer or cat announces that the class is over, I will close it and let everyone leave .
Then, in less than 30 seconds, it will be reopened , and we will have a discussion after the current course meeting.

Ah, it is fortunate that in these six classes, none of the members suddenly returned to the "raid inspection" of the carbine, and returned to the conference room after the class. Otherwise... our little secret, which is not very important, will be discovered.

8. Having experienced these six classes with you, I am very satisfied and feel very lucky

We all know that time is a more expensive asset than money , because once it passes, it never comes back.
