First enter the homepage of the real estate transaction real price inquiry of the Ministry of the Interior, select [Buy and Sell Inquiry] at the top of the category, then select [County and City Administrative Region, Transaction Type and Transaction Period] at the bottom and press [Search]. Click the [+] sign on the left side of the list to expand the details of the data.

Then click [Advanced Conditions] on the left to expand more search conditions, including: road name, total price, unit price, house age, area, layout, etc. After entering the advanced conditions, the query results below will display the eligible transaction information , so you can see the actual login information for the type of object you want to query.

After buying a house, the house tax is also a budget expense

In addition, you must know that after buying a house, everything is not gone. The tax expenses after buying a house will also become one of the necessary expenses in the future. For first-time buyers who are buying a house for the first time, remember that this part is also It must be taken into account. Common taxes and fees after buying a house include deed tax, stamp duty, and housing tax .

● Deed tax: Deed tax is the fee that the buyer needs to pay when the real estate (including land + buildings) is transferred (sale, gift, possession, pawn, exchange, division). Because the land part will be levied land value-added tax, so no additional deed tax will be levied. The part of the house is subject to deed tax.

● Stamp duty: Stamp duty means that the buyer and the seller sign a real estate sales contract (commonly known as a mutual contract) when handling the transfer of ownership, and a tax stamp must be affixed to the amount of 0.1% of the contracted price before the subsequent registration of the transfer of property rights can be carried out.

● Housing tax: The housing tax is only levied on the housing part of the real estate. It is levied on the owner of the house at that time in May of each year. The taxation period is from July 1 of the previous year to June 30 of the tax year. The period is 1 month.
