Three Days Book 01｜My Ideal Earth

Day one:

Let your imagination run wild. If you had all the conditions and resources to build an ideal place, what would that place look like?

For example, you can imagine it from the perspective of technology, art, and community, or what elements, atmosphere, and value do you want it to have in this space?

A few questions that have always puzzled me:

On the same earth, why do we need borders and nationalities? ➡️ Why can’t people travel freely but need a visa?

Why do so-called "civilized countries" still allow authoritarian parties to continue to exist elsewhere after experiencing the hardships caused by dictatorships in history? ➡️ Why can people’s desire for power and interests be so great that they become dictators and try to dominate everything? (And it will inevitably fail.)

Why do some people not like beauty, peace, and tranquility, but always want to create malice, war, and chaos?

I can’t answer any of these questions. I can only point out what they have in common: their roots lie in “people.”

Except for all the real matter on the earth itself, everything is man-made, and all ideals and unidealities are man-made. One of man-made ideals is to create laws ("laws" that are arbitrarily tampered with by dictators are not laws).

So I think, no matter whether this "ideal place" is big or small, the law still exists, and it is the rule of law rather than the rule of men.
