What is awareness? Awareness is knowing how you think, feel, see, hear, and act.
The common misconception about meditation is that...
- Focus on yourself, stop thinking, don't think about anything
- Find peace, happiness, relaxation
So how do we meditate? How to connect our awareness?
Before starting, always remind yourself that you don't need to try to get rid of panic .
Step 1: Beginning meditation <br class="smart">Choose an object (bowl sound) to practice awareness, allow fear to exist, accept it in and allow it to go out.
Step 2: You can meditate anytime, anywhere, and you can coexist with fear <br class="smart">Choose a sound , like listening to music, use music to support your meditation, practice living with fear, see fear (you know, when You see fear, you move away from fear, fear is no longer so unbreakable, it will slowly fragment). That is to say, the more you are aware, the less you can feel fear (you can slowly become friends with fear).
Step 3: Accept <br class="smart">Be aware of panic approaching yourself, see it come in and go out, allow all emotions to form, occur and exist.
Step 4: Advance to Open Awareness Meditation
You don't need any physical assistance, as long as it exists, you don't have to do anything in particular, and you are already in progress.
