Open Matters in the evening, and once again see the poster of Teacher Zhou Baosong's live broadcast of "Freedom in the Wind and Rain" on Zoom.

The lecture was originally scheduled to end at 21:30. When I successfully entered the meeting room, it was already 21:26, only 4 minutes before the scheduled end time.

When entering, Mr. Zhou was talking about "the present is not so strict that we can't do anything. We can go over the wall and have some space to do something, just like the lecture held by the organizer tonight. Back in our lives, how do we How to be yourself, how to treat yourself, how to keep your bottom line? These are all things we can think about and do. In the process, we may find some fellow travelers..."

The question-and-answer session that followed lasted nearly 50 minutes, allowing me, who forgot about the lecture, to share for an hour. The earphones just happened to be lost, the sound from the mobile phone is slightly lower, and the recording is not complete. The most impressive question: How do you view China's current high-pressure stability maintenance? Summary of my answer to Teacher Zhou: This is a sign of lack of self-confidence.

At the end, Teacher Zhou was a little choked up. Several Weibo accounts he has opened before and after have been bombed, and he cannot physically enter the mainland to give lectures. In fact, he has lost the space and opportunity to communicate with readers who are not over the wall in the mainland. He is very grateful to the organizer and cherishes such an opportunity today, especially since most of the participants are mainland friends.

It is a pity that the organizer also had to remind all participants to avoid mentioning this lecture in the WeChat Moments, and to avoid the subsequent lectures being blocked. Looking back on today's theme of "Freedom in the Storm", I find it extremely ironic and desolate.

The reason why I am writing these words here today is the main driving force of this week's mad plan. One of my plans is to write an article on matter.news, no matter the subject.

The reason why this matter is listed in the plan is that the matters account has been opened for a long time, and it is basically for browsing. So far, I have only posted an article about the registration of a newcomer. I want to take this opportunity to let myself start writing on matters; The second is that matter is one of the few platforms that can communicate with the Chinese from both sides of the strait, as well as overseas Chinese. It is just the right place to start your own writing habits.

Looking back on this week’s plan, there are many topics involved: meditation and vipassana, which involves the awareness of the mind and body; standing, which involves the exercise of the body and will; sorting out work documents, which involves people’s accumulation of professional skills and knowledge; eating only Meal replacement, discusses the meaning of food to human beings, human time management and energy management; writing in Matters, involving discussion and communication between people and public spaces; reading "Discipline and Punishment", involving the relationship between people and power.

This project touches on most of the issues I've been involved with recently. These issues are directly dedicated to write an article for further discussion.

Today, under the condition of poor physical condition, I have no intention to work at all. Well, even if you are in good physical shape, you have no intention of working.

When I was sitting in the office, my mind was full of ideas about the freedom to practice independently, and the idea of going abroad to study for a master’s degree. The only thing I didn’t want to do was stay in the office peacefully, living a life that I wouldn’t like even after half a year.

All of this thought, or it fell on the long-hidden idea of immigration. The starting point of immigration, in the end, returned to freedom.

Well, I will write here first today. Leave these topics for me to start my next writing~~
