Ligue 1 club - PSG Paris Saint-Germain is currently ranked sixth in our 2022 Richest Football Clubs list. They have witnessed a huge increase from last season's revenue of 15.302 billion to 17.049 billion this season.
Although the French side received a staggering 9.861 billion from their main sponsor Emirates and shirt supplier Nike. In addition, they also earned 4.022 billion through the broadcast rights of the season.
Paris last season's ticket sales revenue was 3.166 billion. The acquisition of footballer Neymar for 7.239 billion has significantly boosted the French club's total valuation this season. Their several expensive signings this season, the arrival of Messi , and the retention of Mbappe have also hinted at their desire to dominate European football in the near future.

Tottenham Hotspur is ranked 10th on the list of the richest football clubs in 2022 due to their significant increase in revenue of £2.172bn last season. Their total revenue this year is 13.48 billion.
Tottenham earned £3.667bn through its commercial partnerships and merchandise sales. Most of this comes from their jersey sponsor AIA and tech kit sponsor Nike. Their broadcast rights revenue this season was $7.132 billion.
In addition, they also raked in $2.682 billion in gross ticket sales from last season's ticket sales. According to a recent report by Deloitte, clubs are likely to witness an overall increase in revenue in the future. That could happen due to their solid performances in the Premier League and Champions League.

Liverpool have emerged as one of the favourites in the Premier League in 2022, all thanks to the impressive performances of Egyptian legend Mohamed Salah. The Reds are currently seventh in the list of the richest football clubs with a combined revenue of $13.168 billion.
Unlike several other clubs on this list, Liverpool witnessed a commendable increase of almost £2.833bn last season. They received 7.909 billion yuan through the revised broadcast rights agreement.
Liverpool also earned £5.376m from business deals with shirt sponsor Standard Chartered Bank and shirt sponsor New Balance. The club also raked in $2.883 billion from matchday ticket sales. With several stars at the club, football experts now hope Liverpool's total valuation will increase in the future.
7. Arsenal – TWD 64.206 billion

With a total revenue of 13.823 billion this season, the Premier League team Arsenal Football Club ranks ninth in the current ranking of the world's richest football clubs. They face a drop of about $1.511 billion in revenue from last season.
The Gunners earned about 6.512 billion through broadcast rights and about 3.512 billion through ticket sales. But the bulk of their total revenue comes from business deals worth $3.799 billion this season.
Emirates and Puma, the main contributors to revenue growth this year, also boosted the club's overall brand value. But their failure to qualify for the Champions League for the 2019-20 season will have an impact on their future ticket sales, according to Deloitte.

They made 6.037 billion from business partnerships, all thanks to their new deal with beverage company Carabao. In addition, their jersey supplier Adidas and jersey sponsor Yokohama Tire also contributed well to the club's total revenue.
Chelsea generated £2.625bn through matchday ticket sales. They also received 7.255 billion from broadcast rights. The recent signing of Alvaro Morata for $1.888 billion also helped the team achieve its highest total valuation of $47.84 billion in 2019.
5. Manchester City – NT$75.537 billion

Bundesliga club Bayern Munich is fourth in this season's ranking of the richest football clubs. Their total revenue this year was 629.2 million euros, about 1.322 billion more than the previous year's revenue.
The Germans have won seven consecutive domestic league titles, which in turn has boosted their overall ticket sales this season. But their poor performance in the Champions League also had a sizable impact on their total earnings, according to Deloitte Football Fortune.
Bayern Munich received £10.975bn through deals with shirt sponsor Deutsche Telekom and technology kit supplier Adidas. They also sold broadcast rights for $5.561 billion and added $3.267 billion in revenue from ticket sales.

Through sponsorship deals with jersey supplier Nike and jersey sponsor Qatar Airways, Catalonia generated 10.153 billion in commercial revenue. The club has made nearly $7.019 billion from broadcasting rights this season.
Matchday revenue also hit $4.557 billion as they witnessed a significant increase in ticket sales. While the sale of Neymar for £7.362bn did not have any impact on the club's revenue in 2019, it increased FC Barcelona's net worth.

With a total revenue of 23.634 billion this year, Real Madrid is currently at the top of the list of the richest football clubs in the world. After almost six seasons in the second position, Real Madrid have returned to their glory and climbed to the top of the table. Surprisingly, even their arch-rivals Barcelona achieved a better ranking than the previous year.
Los Blancos recovered a lot this year, moving from second to the top. They received a combined $9.93 billion through commercial deals with shirt sponsor Emirates and shirt supplier Adidas.
