Surrounding the "lens" is the "ciliary muscle". When the ciliary muscle expands or contracts, the lens will thicken or thin. When the ciliary muscle relaxes, the lens will become thinner. When the eye looks at a distance, the normal ciliary muscle will expand and press the lens to become thicker. The light will be accurately focused and refracted to the retina through the lens. The upper right corner picture shows presbyopia. The aging lens has lost its ability to adjust distance and near vision. The focus is wrong, so the image falls behind the retina. We understand. The cause can be found and improvement methods can be found. Just improve the elasticity of the ciliary muscles and lens, and now I will share a few improvement methods: 1. Acupoint massage: First, flex your index finger as shown in the picture, and massage the acupoint with the joint. The first one is the fish waist. acupoint (as shown in the picture). Elderly people of the previous generation may not have had it. So quickly, the new generation has presbyopia. Because they often use mobile phones and computers for long periods of time, it is almost impossible and unrealistic to ask everyone to avoid using mobile phones. Therefore, at least wear anti-blue light glasses to protect your eyes. Blue light is the most powerful spectrum that accelerates eye aging.
