Keywords for the 2022 Annual Questionnaire|Inward, outward, landing, taking root
1. 2022 is coming to an end. Please record one thing you want to remember most this year.
The first question is very difficult. I thought about it for two hours on the plane and didn’t start typing until I adjusted the seat back again (don’t ask this question again next year!)
This year is still the same as 2021. It is a complete "separation" year from beginning to end. Looking back, everything seems to be in a state of weightlessness floating around you (but I like it very much. Only by being apart can I have a sense of peace of mind that I will not lose anything. ). I can find some targets to anchor 2022 in common categories such as studies, work, intimate relationships, etc., but I must pick a record, probably the offline reunion of online communities, at the end of November 2022.
We saw each other, and finally let the world see us - although deep down, I wanted to ask someone, did you (really) see it? We are definitely more than just "frustrated students".
How to record and where to start writing is still difficult, so please allow me to stop here.
PS Such a "little thing" can easily overwhelm countless important moments in daily life in my mind. It's hard to imagine how Hong Kong people in 2019 must confess themselves inwardly to the present and history when facing such problems.
2. In the third year of the epidemic, every city and every person’s daily life has begun to become different. What have you lost this year? What are you trying to recover and rebuild?
As mentioned in the previous question, I have not lost anything in my personal spiritual world (a peaceful breakup with my partner who has been in love for three years is not a loss), but I probably have lost some friends I have not yet met . They (mostly women) are being reckoned with in Beijing because of the White Paper Incident. " I don't know whose mission it is to complete ."
on the other hand. Surrounded by a lot of unconditional love, I am trying to build a more complete and "bold" self - not "brave", I know that I will and can have bravery, the kind of choice that will make people admire and admire; But I want the "boldness" that can make my heart skip a beat; I want the occasional foolish courage, the moment of infatuation; I haven't had these for a long time.
3. Please describe a person or thing you met this year that made you care.
It should be my sister in the field, a sister who will protect me as a sister, and let me open an extra folder in my life hardware with a small capacity.
Afraid of life and social anxiety, he is also the most mature person in the whole family, but after getting to know each other, he talks about everything, the way he laughs or cries, and the phrase he suddenly muttered after experiencing a big event in the field together during the summer vacation: " I thought that when school starts soon, we will rarely communicate with each other, which is normal. But one day I suddenly contacted you just to ask for help. This feeling is so hard to describe."
Sister, I will pull you away without hesitation when you need it! Run away from home, skip classes, skip marriage, let’s choose whatever we like.
4. In 2022, were there any moments that made you feel strong emotions? How did you get along with it in the end?
As in previous years, it was countless late nights watching domestic news.
That kind of burning feeling that pulls you back to the emotional hell of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 is probably something you will experience again no matter where you go in this life.
And action (including various attempts and "failures") is the only way to get along with it.
5. In the past year, can you name a point of view that was influenced by others?
The girl from Question 7. I was finally influenced by her and took off a layer of my clothes.
Because of her, my life is lighter.
6. How has your relationship with your body changed compared to last year? Would you like your body more now?
Lots more tattoos XDDD
Also, I took my first set of "private photos" while soaking in a hot spring this year. I really like them.
7. Please share the areas you have newly discovered or continued to work on this year (it can be a newly discovered interest, professional field, urban space, natural secret, or a way to treat yourself or others)
Something that is not intentional but something that is naturally cultivated in life: exploring the definition and boundaries of intimate relationships .
Thanks to a few special and different people around me, we hug and hold each other's bodies close; we talk about everything. What’s more important is that we never chatter about past experiments and achievements, but always reflect on the changing relationships and distances; we always land with curiosity, and walk forward/downward/deeper——
One is an asexual biological woman with close relationship, deep spiritual connection, same-sex romantic tendency, and the other is a heterosexual woman who likes, cherishes and is sexually attracted to each other, but neither of them wants to enter into a one-to-one committed partnership. Love straight men. I don’t know how I will describe you next year at this moment, but I love you deeply from the bottom of my heart, right now.
It was you (especially girls) who helped me move from the somewhat lazy identification of "heterosexuals who accept same-sex romantic love" to the positioning of "Fraysexual"; let me try to imagine what "asexuals with same-sex romantic tendencies" are - - Refuse to regard "sex" as a binding, a sublimation, an accessory and a flirtation: people can have non-sexual attraction relationships (but have nothing to do with Plato), and they can also have Platonic unions with a different kind of tension ; more Let me try to think about the practical possibilities of "non-exclusive marriage" in the near future. These are all so interesting.
8. The book/movie/photo/sentence I most want to share this year.
"Those who go out will take root. Those who stay will not be ghosts." (Bomi)
