Crypto mining cloud computing platform Bitdeer plans to go public through a merger with blank-check firm Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp at a valuation of about $4 billion.
Bit Deer Group is the world's leading digital asset mining service provider. It was co-founded by Wu Jihan, co-founder of Bitmain and Matrixport, and well-known investment institutions in the blockchain field such as Sequoia Capital and IDG.
