The overall project was roughly completed at the end of November 2021. It is worth mentioning that the entire project was considered to apply to the government for a revitalization subsidy plan. However, due to its age, both parties lacked the original architectural design drawings, so the government required that the arcade be retracted to the entrance in order to qualify. , but the major owner said that they have always extended the arcade, and the words "Yiping Aluminum Photo Frame" on the exterior wall have always been in this position. If it were retracted, it would have no special style and commemorative value, so they decided to finance the entire project themselves. There was a black rain and heavy rain for several consecutive days. Not only were there water stains in the indoor areas, but there were also water leakage problems, especially on the second floor. Flooding occurred, but because it was always raining, it was difficult to carry out waterproofing repair works. Even after the waterproofing project was successfully carried out later, the problem of water leakage was once again faced, but this time it was not due to the weather, but to the buildings on both sides. The buildings on both sides are mainly subdivided houses. The water pipes in them are complicated and there are many leaks. Some of the pipes seem to have burst, which has caused yellow water stains to appear on the white walls that have been oiled.

During the entire restoration process, we can actually see that the owner focused more on the exterior than the interior. What will the explanation be?
