【Daily in the UK】After the vaccination
31-05-2021
Wrote it yesterday, from the time I received the vaccination notification, to the whole process of getting the Pfizer vaccine.
(The whole process only takes 1 hour!)

Today, I will write about my personal physical condition after the vaccination.
1. Arm
Remember when I said yesterday that after the injection, there was no pain at all?
As a result, I can feel the swelling at the injection site since last night.
Today, the swelling in the upper arm of the entire left hand has become more severe. Just lifting your hand a little, or touching a nearby muscle lightly, can feel a little bit of soreness. When I just woke up, I felt pain even when I moved the last finger of my left hand, but fortunately it only lasted for a while, probably less than an hour.
It's evening now, and the swelling in my arm has subsided a lot, but I still feel a little discomfort when I raise my hand.
2. Head
I've heard that some people get a fever after being vaccinated, and I'm glad I don't.
I didn't feel anything in my head yesterday. As a result, I felt top-heavy all day and almost lost my footing several times.
Shake your head gently and the pain in the back of your head will be triggered. It's like the head is about to separate from the skull, and then the head will be shaken out at any time. .
It's still the same until this evening, and the situation has not improved for the time being.
3. Mental state
It turns out that my mental state is actually no different. I wouldn't say that I especially like to doze off (maybe that's my daily pattern, hmm).
Only a little bit of discomfort due to discomfort.
Just, I'm in a bad mood.
It's alright, whoever will give me something to eat, all my unpleasant feelings can be dissipated. XD
So, in order to appease my unhappy mood, Young Master Ye took me to buy Fish and Chips in the afternoon just now!
(By the way, today is a public holiday in the UK, so you don’t have to go to work, and it’s great to eat Fish and Chips at home with your feet up, haha!)
Overall, there is no major discomfort after the injection. Personally, I think that after the injection, as long as you have a good rest and don't get too tired, you can. Add a little more hydration, and eat as much goodness as I do! (Wrong!) Try to do what you love to do and take it easy. Don't focus too much on the discomfort, I believe it will gradually improve!
Stay healthy together, everyone!
