Do you find this question strange? Please come and see!

I just posted an article in the past few days to present some of the copyright laws to everyone. I didn’t expect to see an article this morning saying that the content was translated from a foreign language article, and it did not mention whether it was approved or authorized by the original author. If not, it may involve infringement, so please remind me first.

It didn't take long to learn that another author said in the article that he found a simplified Chinese website called Youxiang Information which collects the daily popular articles in Matt City. Clicking on it is not marked but has full text content and links 🔗.

Articles published on this platform must select the copyright type as follows:

If the author chooses the first copyright type that requires attribution, does the above-mentioned website fail to comply with the attribution of names? Is there a link attached🔗 even if the name is marked? This may have to ask @Matty to clear up your doubts , thank you🙏

It just so happened that my husband mentioned to me today that I attended a music presentation many years ago. At that time, a member of the audience asked why I need to pay to listen to music on the platform? Doesn't the platform help promote the works of these musicians? Why do I need to pay? As a result, a well-known business person on the stage even said that he also believes that all music should be free! 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

Hearing this, I don't know how to describe my surprise, but it's true that not everyone cares about whether their works are copied, altered, etc., because some people hope that their desire to be seen trumps everything, so they tell themselves that It is an affirmation of myself, and it will not be too late to open the conditions if it becomes popular in time! And those who think other people's creations should be free are also taking advantage of this.

We have indeed encountered such things as works being pirated and printed illegally, sold on Taobao, made into electronic files for people to download, etc. We have also had personal contacts and conversations with pirated people. The impression we get is just outspoken without repentance, and my heart is full. helpless.

Maybe the public doesn't know enough about intellectual property rights, it doesn't matter, but we shouldn't ignore or even comfort ourselves with the reason that we value ourselves. Once you start, you let your work be trampled on, and then you really make it. After your grades, will others still think you are valuable?

Before I knew it, I became serious again, and I wrote this mainly because I had feelings, because I thought of the contradictory feelings of friends who often complained that their works were reprinted without being marked, just like the authors who are on the popular list now may be very uncomfortable. Happy, but would you be happy if it was reprinted in an illegal state?

Supplement: Whether the website mentioned in this article complies with the regulations on the type of copyright on the site still needs to be determined by @Matty .
