With delicate hair, glamorous lips and sexy, smooth skin, can you imagine that this beauty was drawn by an illustrator who writes by mouth using an electric drawing board?

The author of this painting is Shouzhilang. Teacher Shouzhilang was paralyzed from the neck down due to a car accident at the age of 24. During the rehabilitation period, he tried to use his mouth to draw and became an excellent illustrator with hard practice. He once worked as a character design for the video game "RUMBLE ROSES", and later held a personal art exhibition.

Friends who have tried drawing with an electric drawing board should be able to deeply understand that the sense of violation of the separation of hands and eyes, even after training, it is still difficult to achieve the intuition of drawing on paper, and the teacher is actually holding the electric drawing pen in his mouth. I also have some physical conditions, which often affect my creation and practice. Whenever I fall into depression and feel self-pity, I think of this warrior in the illustration world. I try to figure out all the difficulties my teacher has overcome in painting, and I copy some of his spirit to myself, and then I get back on my feet again. Paipai Hui continued to move forward.

To create the perfect works in my heart in an imperfect state, I think Mr. Shouzhilang has shown the spirit of the craftsman and the tenacity of life at the same time. It is a pity that the teacher passed away in 2016 at the age of 48, after more than 20 years of experience. Painting career, I believe he will be able to paint more freely in heaven!
