Win10 cannot access the LAN share problem and solution (error code 0x80070035)

Press the Windows+R key combination to open Run.
- Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Find the services listed below, right-click on each service, select Properties, and set the Startup Type to Automatic (Delayed Startup), then click Apply and OK.

- Function Discovery Provider Host (FDPHost)
- Function Discovery Resource Publication (FDResPub)
- Network Connections (NetMan)
- UPnP Device Host (UPnPHost)
- Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRPSvc)
- Peer Networking Grouping (P2PSvc)
- Peer Networking Identity Manager (P2PIMSvc)
- Run CMD, enter net start lanmanworkstation, and press Enter to start Lanman workstation.
- Press the win+R key combination to call out the "Run" dialog box, enter: gpedit.msc, open "Group Policy Settings".
- Expand "Computer Configuration--Administrative Templates--Network--Lanman Workstation" in turn, set "Enable insecure guest login" to enable, and click [Apply]-[Save] to set.
By default, SMBv1 is not installed in Windows 10 version 1709, Windows Server version 1709 and later, and the Control Panel installation enables the SMB1.0 feature.
