In the past two years, under the guidance of a series of fancy operations such as intermediary agitation, cooperation with car dealers, and platform borrowing, there are not a few people who apply for takeaway riders and unfortunately fall into this routine loan trap.

On the black cat complaint platform, complaints about routine loans have also appeared intensively. Most of the complainants were applying for takeaway riders, but they encountered the "routine" recommended by the intermediary to buy a car or rent a car.

In fact, this "routine loan" not only exists in the takeaway rider industry, but has also been transferred to the online car-hailing industry.

The black-hearted intermediary established a car rental company, recruiting drivers to rent a car under the guise of ultra-low cost and high income, not only charging a high deposit and monthly rent on each car, but also binding unpopular niche platforms, setting trap clauses, etc. In this way, on the grounds that the driver fails to meet the contract terms of the daily operating limit of the platform, the vehicle is forcibly taken back, the deposit is swallowed, and then the vehicle is rented to other drivers for circular profit.

In January of this year alone, the Shanghai police destroyed 19 “routine car rental” fraud gangs in a two-month intensive crackdown, and arrested more than 190 suspects with a total amount of over 15 million yuan.

If you apply for a security job with high salary, you will only pay back the training fee.

Some people will think that food delivery riders and online car-hailing drivers are flexible employment and may not be guaranteed. It’s okay for me to be a security guard in the factory, right?

But behind the Internet buzzword "working in a factory", which is used by more and more young people to ridicule each other, there is also a scam that many people don't understand.

In July last year, Wang Kai saw a job posting for high-paying security guards in Beijing on a recruitment website, and directed at the above favorable conditions such as "monthly salary of 8,000 after regularization; five insurances; room and board; overtime pay calculated by the hour" He contacted each other.

The other party was very enthusiastic. Not only did he introduce the excellent benefits of the security job in detail, but he also promised to reimburse Wang Kai's travel expenses from Hebei to Beijing for an interview after giving the company's status and the contact information of the person in charge of the recruitment.

The interview process was also very simple. After a round of rhetoric, the interviewer led the topic to "security assurance".

Of course Wang Kai does not have this certificate. The interviewer bluntly said that the company cooperates with a training base, and the security guarantee can be obtained after half a month of training.

In short, all aspects have been thought of for him. As long as he cooperates, he can work with a certificate and get this high-paying job with peace of mind.

After a half push, Wang Kai signed an on-the-job internship contract, paid a training fee of 1,500 yuan, and was sent by a bus to a practice base in the suburbs of Beijing, waiting for the so-called training assessment to be completed.

Just pushing and pushing like this, the end of the internship is far away, and some people resign, thinking that they will always get the internship salary, so they can't do it in vain.

But no matter whether the internship base or the contracting company, the response to the salary request is always surprisingly consistent - everything must be done according to the company's regulations, "the company stipulates that the salary should be paid first to the incumbent and then to the resigned", "the company pays the salary uniformly. After repeated communication, the other party simply blocked the contact information.

In this routine, the so-called recruitment company is actually a black intermediary, and the so-called practice base is the security company. The intermediary deceives people and sends them to the security company as cheap labor.

Rights protection is far from being as simple as one might imagine.

First, the deceived people like Wang Kai will not be locals, but young people from all over the country. The scam behind the zero-threshold job

It is a well-known fact that crew wages are high, but the "highly paid seafarers" promoted by many recruitment websites are all scams.

In February this year, the Shanghai police cracked a case of "seamen recruitment" fraud.

In the recruitment notice, favorable conditions such as a monthly salary of 8,000 yuan, half a month of work and half a month of rest, and no need for overseas work experience have become attractive hooks.

Similar to the "highly paid security guard" scam, job seekers will be informed by the so-called labor service company that they need to apply for a seaman's certificate for ship work after contacting them.

After paying a certificate fee ranging from 2,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan and a security deposit, and signing a labor contract, the job seeker will be sent to a coastal city. Under the arrangement of the gang members, they will work as porters and other coolies on fishing boats or docks. type of work.

Before boarding the ship, their mobile phones had been confiscated, and they could not get in touch with their families at sea.

In fact, the seafarer profession has very high professional quality requirements for practitioners. Seafarers not only need strong physique and skilled professional skills, but also have good professional quality and strong environmental adaptability.

It is understood that the relevant state departments have strict regulations on the recruitment and admission of seafarers. There is no need to pay the certificate fee and security deposit to any labor agency just to apply for a seaman's certificate. If you commit this one, you are already suspected of fraud.
