I am willing to use all the money I have to buy these flowers."
Xiaozhuang looked at the scholar boy in front of her who didn't recognize her. She really wanted to be with this young man who made her want to follow her. She asked him: "Why are you buying flowers? I see you only have one thing on you." Deerskin coat, why spend money on flowers when you are so poor?”

Xiaozhuang: "Make offerings to Dingguang Buddha? Are you asking for something?"
The scholar boy replied: "I pray that I can achieve all kinds of wisdom and save countless suffering sentient beings."

Xiaozhuang thought... This is a firm and compassionate person. His heart is not in love. I can't keep his..., but I don't want to give up the idea of ​​being with him..., so , Xiaozhuang said....

Xiaozhuang said: "I think you are a determined person who diligently pursues the Dharma. You will definitely achieve the ideals you want to pursue in the future. If you promise me that before you achieve enlightenment, you will marry me for all your lifetimes. After you achieve enlightenment, Later, if you allow me to become a monk and become your disciple, I will give you the flowers."
The Confucian boy looked at Xiaozhuang and said to her seriously: "In order to pursue my ideal, I will give up all my glory and wealth, including my wife and children. Are you still willing to do this? Your love cannot hinder my pace of practicing Taoism. If you can Make a vow that you will never hinder my practice in the future, and I will promise to marry you in the next life."
Xiaozhuang agreed and said that he would never regret it. Finally, he said to the scholar: "I agree to your request. I will sell five of these seven green lotuses to you, and please help me make offerings to the Buddha with these two green lotuses. May I I will never forget this vow and never abandon each other in all my lifetimes. Please make sure to let the Buddha know my wish."

In this way, Xiaozhuang handed the seven green lotus flowers to the scholar and returned to the palace alone.
The scholar boy took seven blue lotuses and only a deerskin coat on his body and went outside the city to meet Dingguang Buddha.
At this time, Dingguang Buddha has arrived outside the city. The king and his subjects came forward to worship and scattered the flowers in their hands in front of the Buddha. The young scholar prayed in his heart that he could achieve all kinds of wisdom and save all suffering beings. Then he threw the seven lotus flowers in his hand towards Dingguang Buddha.
Something amazing happened! Five lotus flowers scattered in the air and turned into an umbrella canopy; two lotus flowers stopped next to the Buddha, and all living beings marveled at the incredible sight.

The top and sides of Dingguang Buddha are protected, but what about the ground below?
No! Not only was there none, there was also a puddle of mud! When the scholar boy saw the mud, he immediately took off his deerskin coat and covered it up, but the deerskin coat could not cover all the wet mud. The scholar boy untied his hair and lay on the ground, using his hair to cover the remaining wetland, so that Dingguang Buddha could rest. Step over.

Dingguang Buddha was impressed by the scholar's sincerity and predicted for him: "After countless kalpas, you will become a Buddha, named Sakyamuni."

The plots of each version of this story are somewhat different. Xiaolu used this arrangement to show Xiaozhuang's persistence and perfection...
There is a saying that love will make you wanton, but love will restrain you, restrain your own wants, and not hinder the other person's footsteps... When you know that you can't be together forever and it's time to let go, just let go... Xiaozhuang has pursued, After trying hard, I chose not to hinder the other person’s biggest wish, let go of this illusory possession, and change my mind. Based on this alone, I wanted to write about her~

In some versions, the woman holding flowers has only a one-time relationship with the male protagonist. I personally feel that if you say you want to marry him just because he has great ambitions..., this is too..., so I choose to let the young man get married. Zhuang becomes the woman holding seven green lotuses.

In addition, the five hundred silver coins mentioned yesterday. There is a theory that the five hundred people each contributed one silver as a prize, but the solemn woman could not put it in...
Therefore, based on the above two versions, Xiaolu made a guess, maybe those 500 people are relatives of the Zhuang Yan woman... In other words, Xiaozhuang is actually the daughter/niece/niece/granddaughter of these 500 people. Waiting for status, in fact, this is an arena similar to a competition to recruit a bride. I originally wanted to find a wise son-in-law... If the other party wins, he can marry off Xiaozhuang and attach a dowry of 500 silver, but it turns out to be a pure fighting arena.
