This is the delicacy of the world that I yearn for, the taste of the world!

I am a typical foodie, and in my world there is nothing but food. To be happy is to eat to celebrate, and to be sad is to eat to relieve the mood. So I am an easy pig to raise.

As long as human beings should not be able to resist the temptation of delicious food. But how do you define 'good' and 'bad' for a meal. I've often been in a situation where what I thought was good food was shared with my family and they all thought it was mediocre, and even occasionally thought I had bad taste.

After a series of 'hit', I decided to do a 'self-examination of personal taste'. Finally let me find the reason. It turns out that what I have always tasted is not the taste of food but the human touch. I've been very rarely patronizing online celebrity restaurants (but I don't deny that some are really worth recommending) mainly because I'm lazy in long queues. Here I am used to visiting stalls that are about to be forgotten. In addition to looking for ancient flavors, what I enjoy most is the warmth that those hawker aunts/uncles give me.

As long as I go to a coffee shop (our coffee shop here refers to a food center, and Hokkien also becomes KOPI-TIAM), I will choose those stalls that are more "no business". Especially some old hawkers, no matter if they are good or not, I will support them. I couldn't bear to see those old hawkers sitting "flying flies".

The Taiwanese proprietress said that her granddaughter also loves this blueberry cheese bread

Can you believe that I can visit the same bakery for 5 working days in a row because the owner is a very friendly owner. The lady boss is Taiwanese. I love Taiwan very much. As long as I hear about Taiwan, I feel very warm and have an inexplicable sense of intimacy. Finding an authentic Taiwanese bakery in Malaysia is like finding a needle in a haystack. Every time I just pass by, I don't really visit. By chance, I officially stepped into this bakery. The design is simple and clean, with a variety of freshly baked breads displayed in transparent cabinets. The proprietress warmly recommended me the best-selling bread. My heart was melted again, I felt so kind and warm!

After two or three consecutive days of patronage, the proprietress remembers the face of my foodie. I also jokingly said to her: I have to come to your store to report almost every day! Madam, you recommended my blueberry cheese bread yesterday, it's delicious! The skin of that grape-style egg tart is too crispy! Eat bread in your mouth and warm your heart. It's not an exaggeration, but you can really feel the baker's intentions. The ingredients are full, the flour is imported from Taiwan, and there are 40 types of bread for customers to choose from every day. I reported on time again this morning, and the lady boss didn’t forget to give me a warm reminder, remember to put the bread in the refrigerator, because they don’t use any preservatives, so the shelf life is very short.

Canned pork fried cabbage at Xiaochao stall is very good for rice

I'm a very dedicated guy and the lunch place is an old place. The couples (aunts and uncles) at the small fried stalls are also not unfamiliar with my face. Whenever you see me, you will greet me with a smile. Auntie will ask: What are you going to eat today? Sometimes I wonder if my aunt has extra for us, it's a big deal! Sometimes there are too many people in the coffee shop, and it will be full during lunch time. These hawker aunts and uncles will automatically find a seat for me, sometimes making me embarrassed. The Indonesian sister (KAKAK) who sells drinks doesn't need me to order, she already knows what kind of drinks I want to drink. Every time I will be asked: SAMA YA? (Is it the same in Malay) I say: YES! When I am full, the hawker aunts and uncles will wave to me to say goodbye! Auntie sometimes reminds me that if I can't finish the portion this time, I can only order the same dish next time, two rice, two people eat, so that it will not be wasted. I will tell my aunt: you can arrange it! Ha ha! These are the human touches that make me miss!

Remember the A Niu Pan Mee I shared in the previous articles? I went there yesterday to report for dinner. The checkout is the little sister who did not forget to remind me, hey! Come again tomorrow! I will miss you! Really amused me! If we hadn't been there for over a week, she'd say: Ouch, why didn't you come? Sometimes this kind of 'lovely' makes me really cool. So it's not that I have bad taste, it's that every food I eat has a "human touch" added to your taste. Maybe it's missing this flavor!

It turns out that the most memorable taste for me is the human touch!

This is the delicacy of the world that I yearn for, the taste of the world!
