Mainland China: The harrowing truth.
On Google today, I accidentally clicked on this.
I didn't care at first, just casually looked at it.
until I saw this.
There are Mid-Autumn Festival in Vietnam, Mid-Autumn Festival in Hong Kong, Mid-Autumn Festival in Japan, but there is no Mid-Autumn Festival in the People's Republic of China.
As we all know, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a very important festival for Chinese people all over the world. It tells the story of Chang'e flying to the moon and other related ancient Chinese stories. It is a traditional festival in China.
There is also a detailed introduction on Wikipedia.
It also mentions Chinese myths and legends: Hou Yi shoots the sun (Wikipedia is not detailed, so I found Baidu Encyclopedia)
Hou Yi
And these myths, legends and historical figures all came from the territory of ancient China.
This google only excludes the Mid-Autumn Festival in the People's Republic of China? What is the purpose?
It's not just trying to blind the eyes of others and confuse people.
Wikipedia has a clear entry - October 1st every year is the National Day of the People's Republic of China. But you can't find it in this little graffiti.
October 1, 2020 is the National Day of the 71st anniversary of the People's Republic of China, and it is also China's traditional Mid-Autumn Festival.
I am deeply saddened by such shameful behavior by Google.
Where is freedom? Where is fairness?
What will happen in mainland China on October 1st? Here's what happened on October 1, 2019.
