E-commerce Operation Analysis - KOL Comparison Part 1

This article was written on December 4, 2019. It was the first time I returned to Taiwan to hold e-commerce-related activities. Some of my brief summaries at that time!!

As I start to run an e-commerce company, I can find that what I have learned is still not enough. I really need to learn as I go. Many people think it is right or theoretically feasible, but the actual implementation is full of problems, otherwise the results will not be as good after implementation. Expected , recently summed up a small idea.


In the skin care industry, it is difficult to make people willing to buy it without the premise of being well-known . Therefore, my strategy in the early stage will not be to convert consumption, but to establish our word-of-mouth, and there are many ways to establish word-of-mouth. Each of them has a suitable category and stage, and currently the most common methods are: FB fan, IG net red, blogger sharing, YT unboxing, live broadcast ... .

Before I joined the company, their operations may be biased towards FB fans and IG influencers, but I think blogger sharing is more important. I have made a small table myself, which is an analysis that I think is more in line with the status quo. .

Of course, some people will say that if you don't create a topic at the beginning, how can you have high conversion or high results , but generally the initial capital of the company is not high, it is difficult to invite more than 100 Internet celebrities to spread on Facebook, IG or YT, and then The effect of this one is more short-term effective, but YT and bloggers can be searched, so the early effect may not be good, but in the long run, it is the investment with the highest CP value.

As everyone buys things more and more carefully, and pays more and more attention to the evaluation of others, these KOLs have an increasing influence on the TA. Of course, the most important thing is to see which ethnic group the KOL of the TA is, and then do it again. this type of planning.

There is another advantage of being a blogger in the early stage, which can optimize SEO, or find the keywords of the product and the advantages and disadvantages of the product , so although the traffic is important, the more important thing is the quality of the article and the writing of the keywords.

And every blogger has its own core TA. If you find a blogger that fits our brand , you can directly spread the product, which is also a part of precision marketing. In the early stage, there was a lack of user portraits and real users.
