[Second or three things about being quarantined] Rhythm of life
Halfway through the quarantine period, I really don't want this life to end.
But there is no freedom, and Wi-Fi is not smooth, why? First of all, since I don't really rely on the Internet that much, it is not a big problem to be able to connect for a few hours a day. If you don't have to go to work, you don't need to use your mobile phone for a long time. It's enough to use the data separately. Basically, you don't need to be afraid of losing contact. In terms of freedom, in fact, it’s really just that you can’t go out. There is plenty of room to move around, and I can safely do a burpee. No one cares about the pace of life, and you have to take care of yourself.
Now basically I must go to bed at 12:00 at the latest and get up at 7:30, which is more regular than during work. Get up and move your body first and then deal with the day. Basically, you are required to read a certain amount of books, organize things once and count materials, at least one or two readings/plays, plus exercise time, before chasing episodes and watching netflix. See the marked mark as inspiration for future posts. The day is basically full, plus there are not too many minor interruptions, the efficiency of work is really max. After a day of listening to music and working, chatting with friends, exercising, eating, drinking and sleeping, it’s over again, and I can’t find time to get bored at all.
And in addition to improving efficiency, the body also gets better. The edema due to overwork from work is gone, and the pressure sores on my face are gone. Then, because I didn't have to work with chemicals, the skin sensitivity on my hands also improved, and I didn't feel my hands were soft for a long time. Not to mention psychological problems, I have never been so positive from my senior year to 4.5 years and almost 5 years this year.
There's really nothing to complain about this way. At most, the air-conditioning is relatively useless, but I am used to living a life without air-conditioning. The air-conditioning was cold for a few days at first, but it is basically useless now. It's better to open the window for ventilation, and to get a little bit of sun, and you can dry the room with a towel.
In this way, what can such a living husband ask for?
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
