"Sex" is often suppressed or kidnapped by traditional concepts, and even the services of sex workers are blocked by Taiwan laws. Therefore, it is even more difficult to establish such a "service" in Taiwan.

Target audience: Severely handicapped persons (limited to those with physical disabilities and visual impairments) who need to have a handbook of severe disabilities.

Each severely handicapped or visually handicapped person can apply for free service three times in a lifetime (is it a little too little?!), the applicant will not be charged any fees, but will be asked to provide a reflection article after receiving the service~

Hand Angels have three positions:

Most of the "Interview Volunteers" are disabled people to take up this position. They can better understand the mentality and needs of the same disabled people, and are responsible for interviewing and understanding with the applicants.

"Administrative Volunteers" are responsible for the room layout and tidying up on the day of service, and need to assist the recipients in their actions, cleaning, and room restoration tasks on that day.

"Sex Volunteers" provide sexual services on the same day, but will not have contact with applicants in advance.

After reading some related articles, I feel that it is not easy for the volunteer group "Hand Angels" to perform this sexual service task. The service targets are the severely or visually impaired, and the service location is a real problem. Although it can be applied for Provide services in the home of the applicant, but also consider whether the applicant is willing to be served in the home! Otherwise, it is necessary to find "places" (hotels, motels, etc.) that are suitable for providing convenience for the disabled, so as to facilitate the movement of the disabled and suitable for providing this service.

In addition to the location of the service, the physical and mental status, family status, and emotional status of the service recipients also need to be understood. However, whether the service recipients will consider these interviews as spying on their Privacy, and reluctance to tell the truth, thereby affecting the rights that should be served and enjoyed! Before the applicant receives the service, it takes a full 1-3 months to conduct an interview to understand (although the interview and basic understanding are necessary, but I personally feel that the time is a bit long~), the applicant is in the process of waiting and looking forward to it. In the state of two strangers to each other, it is necessary to carry out such private things. If the person who comes to provide sexual services is not liked by the service recipient, in fact, the service recipient can refuse generously, and there is no need to accept it all! Moreover, when hand angels provide this service, their mentality is by no means "poor", "sympathetic", and "giving" to the recipients. What they provide is "great love" that ordinary people can't provide (at least I personally think so), because it's definitely more than simply making a person sexually satisfied. From another point of view, generally normal providers of sexual services are paid for providing services, but the angels are obligated to pay, all venue fees, arrangements or items, etc., will not be required from the applicant, but It is the responsibility of the group. Simply put, even disabled people have the right to enjoy orgasm! It just needs the help of others, which should be regarded as humanitarian service.

Hand Angel currently has about 40 volunteers serving the severely and visually impaired, but we still hope that more people can support and accept the services provided by this group. ~Feel"!
